Landline Sonoma County Straight-to-Gate Launch Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Sponsors

This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored solely by The Landline Company. By entering the Contest, each eligible entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, nor is associated with any airline or airport or their affiliates, and that The Landline Company is fully responsible for the conduct and administration of the Contest, including the selection of winner(s) and the distribution of prize.

2. Eligibility

The “Landline Sonoma County Straight-to-Gate Sweepstakes” is open to all legal U.S. residents physically residing in the state of California who have reached the age of majority in their state as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins at October 12, 2026, 9:00 a.m. PT and ends at November 2, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PT. (the "Contest Period"). Entries must be received within the Contest Period.

4. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, complete and submit the entry form available at sfo.landline.com. Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Prize

One (1) prize consisting of a one thousand five hundred dollar ($1,500) gift card. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged, has no cash value, and no substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

a. Prize winners and their guest(s) are responsible for any and all costs, surcharges, fees, charges, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground and air transportation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layovers, meals and beverages, service charges, in-flight meals and entertainment, costs incurred to and from departure point, obtaining sufficient personal travel insurance prior to departure, if desired, obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documentation, such as passports and visas, and complying with entry, health, safety, customs and immigrations regulations and requirements.

b. Travel does not qualify for mileage/points accumulation in any other frequent flyer program.

c. Prize is not transferable, not upgradeable, not refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection

On or about November 3, 2026, one (1) entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received. The selected entrant must, to be declared the winner, confirm eligibility and acceptance of these Rules. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within 3 days (72 hours) or declines the prize, they forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

8. Winner Notification

The selected entrant will be notified at the email and/or phone number provided on the entry form. The winner's selection may also be announced publicly, including on air on KZST 100.1, Froggy 92.9, and/or The River 97.7, and on the Sponsor's channels.

9. Publicity and Likeness

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's agreement to participate in publicity relating to the Contest and their consent for the Sponsor, Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport and KZST 100.1, Froggy 92.9, and/or The River 97.7, to use the winner's name, voice, statements, photograph, image, video, and likeness in any and all media now known or later developed (including a live or recorded on-air/radio announcement and social media, photo, and video content) for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional notice, review, approval, or compensation. Participation in reasonable publicity (including being available for a photo, video, or interview) is a condition of receiving the prize; if the selected entrant declines to participate, the Sponsor may, in its discretion, forfeit the prize and select an alternate. The winner further agrees to sign any documentation reasonably required to confirm this release.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected is used to administer the Contest (including verifying eligibility and awarding the prize). It will be used for marketing purposes only where the entrant has provided express consent, and may be withdrawn at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, San Francisco International Airport, and Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport and their respective affiliates, agents, and employees from any liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

12. General

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest if it cannot be run as planned, subject to any required regulatory approval. Any attempt to deliberately damage the entry process or undermine the Contest may be a violation of law and will result in disqualification.

13. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States of America applicable therein.

14. Winners' List

For the Winner’s name, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ““Landline Sonoma County Straight-to-Gate Sweepstakes Winners List”, The Landline Company, P.O. Box 680, Fort Collins, CO 80522 within 30 days of the sweepstakes’ conclusion.
