Pickup
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Bag drop opens 60 minutes before.
- Check in and drop bags at the Landline counter or self-service kiosks inside the terminal.
- Go through TSA screening with your airline boarding pass and TSA-approved government ID (REAL ID required for driver's licenses).
- Show your Landline pass, digital or printed, at the gate to board the Landline.

Pickup
- Arrive 10 minutes before departure. The Landline departs on time.
- Follow signs to the Airporter stop at the curb outside the terminal you booked, the one your flight lands at. The Landline stops at every terminal, so you can board at another if you need to.
- Be prepared to show proof of same-day travel, such as the boarding pass from your arriving flight. Our driver will help with boarding and your bags.

Common questions about Straight to Gate
Going to SFO: ticketed passengers with a same-day departing flight marketed and operated by United, Alaska, Hawaiian, American or JetBlue. Our booking flow at landline.com checks eligibility.
From SFO to Sonoma County Airport: any airline.
Children 15 and under ride Landline free with a paying adult. Every passenger, including children, needs a valid same-day airline ticket and boarding pass.
Customers must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. Passengers 15 years of age and under ride free when accompanied by a ticketed adult 18 years of age or older. Passengers traveling without an accompanying adult must be 15 years of age or older and must purchase an adult fare. Passengers below the age of 15 are not permitted to travel without an accompanying adult. By purchasing travel on Landline, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that any traveling passenger is either accompanied by a ticketed adult or is 15 years of age or older. Landline reserves the right to validate the age of customers to enforce this policy.
Any travelers below the age of 18 traveling unaccompanied will be required to provide emergency contact info, which may be shared with the connecting airline in the case of Landline’s Straight to Gate services.
You can check in with Landline staff at the Landline counter and self-service kiosks at Sonoma County Airport. We encourage checking in online through your airline's app for your SFO flight too, which makes boarding quicker and more seamless, especially with carry-on bags only.

To SFO: check your bag at the Landline kiosk area in the Sonoma County Airport terminal. A Landline agent is there to help you check in and take your bag, and we deliver it to your airline. Collect it at your final destination.
To Sonoma County Airport: collect your bag at SFO baggage claim, bring it to the curbside Airporter pick-up and hand it to your driver.
Allowance, size, weight and fees: Landline carries one personal item, one carry-on and up to two checked bags (max 62 linear inches each) per passenger at no Landline charge. Your airline's allowance, size, weight and fees for your SFO departing flight also apply, and we cannot accept a bag your airline would not accept. Landline's liability for baggage is limited to $250 per passenger per occurrence.
Regular tickets are non-refundable, but you can change your reservation online free of charge until 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Reservations can only be changed within the 30 days before the scheduled departure date. Tickets are non-transferable between passengers.
