Landline/Air Canada itineraries are booked like any other flight in the Air Canada network. Book online from Hamilton (YHM), Kingston (YGK), Region of Waterloo (YKF), Niagara (YCM), Muskoka (YQA) or Sarnia (YZR) to your final destination (e.g. Hamilton [YHM] to Vancouver [YVR]).
Landline works as a seamless connection to your Air Canada flight through Toronto Pearson.

To allow time for baggage drop-off and other airport processes, you'll need to arrive at your Landline motor coach pick-up location well ahead of the scheduled departure time.
For journeys starting at the airport in Hamilton (YHM), Kingston (YGK), Waterloo (YKF), Niagara (YCM), Muskoka (YQA) or Sarnia (YZR), please arrive at the airport no later than 30 minutes ahead of scheduled departure time.
For customers departing Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) or Landline-partnered Niagara hotels, please arrive at the pick-up location no later than 15 minutes ahead of scheduled departure time.
Connecting times in Toronto are already planned for at time of booking your Air Canada journey and built into your itinerary.
At the airport in Hamilton (YHM), Kingston (YGK), Waterloo (YKF), Sarnia (YZR), Muskoka (YQA) and Niagara (YCM), proceed inside the airport terminal to the Air Canada check-in counter and check in up to 30 minutes before departure, just like you would for a flight.
If your Niagara hotel offers a Landline pick-up, please be at the designated boarding area at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Passengers with checked baggage, or those who have not checked in online, will complete check-in at Niagara District Airport (YCM).
At Toronto-Pearson International Airport (YYZ), please collect your bags from baggage claim in Toronto. From the arrivals hall, take the elevator/escalator down to the ground level. Then, follow the signs for Ride App pick up and check in at the Air Canada counter near Door Q. Our agents will lead you to the motorcoach outside at Pole P6.
At the airport in Hamilton (YHM), Kingston (YGK), Waterloo (YKF), Sarnia (YZR), Muskoka (YQA) and Niagara (YCM), head to the baggage counter and drop off your belongings just like you would for a flight.
If your Niagara hotel has a Landline pick-up, your driver will help load your bags. When you arrive at Niagara Airport (YCM), you will collect your checked bags, head to the baggage counter and drop off your belongings just like you would for a flight.
After landing at Toronto Pearson, please collect your bags from baggage claim and proceed to the Landline boarding area in the Ride App Pickup Area.
Yes, you will receive a boarding pass upon check-in for your segment to Toronto Pearson, as well as your onward connecting flight. The gate on the boarding pass for your Landline segment will show as CURB or P6.
Yes, parking is available for a fee at both Hamilton (YHM) and Region of Waterloo (YKF).
Kingston (YGK) is offering free parking up to 14 days until Jan. 5, 2027. Muskoka (YQA), Niagara (YCM) and Sarnia (YZR) airports are also currently offering free parking.

Every Landline vehicle features 2x1 configured reclining leather seats with in-seat power and a sturdy tray table. During your drive, you'll also enjoy free Wi-Fi. The vehicle is equipped with a lavatory as well.
We're happy to help meet your medical or mobility needs while you travel on the motorcoach. We provide assistance with:
- Helping navigate to the check-in counters in Hamilton (YHM), Kingston (YGK), Region of Waterloo (YKF), Niagara (YCM), Muskoka (YQA) or Sarnia (YZR), assistance checking in, assistance to the waiting area and from the waiting area to the motorcoach.
- Helping with boarding, including using the stairs or the lift.
- Helping you board with your mobility aid, and securing it to the motorcoach (if travelling in a mobility device). Assistance stowing the mobility device below if travelling in a standard seat.
- Accepting service and support dogs.
- Help with deboarding the bus, including going down the stairs and using the lift (if necessary), and assistance proceeding from the bus to your connecting flight gate.
If you require assistance, we request that you contact Air Canada at least 48 hours prior to your departure to allow for coordination of the appropriate services.
