- Arrive 10 minutes before departure. Coaches depart on time.
- Enter the Landline lot east of the terminal, off Earhart Road. Park inside the fenced lot only.
- Walk to the front (south side) of the lot. Pickup is at the lot, not the terminal.
- Show photo ID and share the booking name with the driver. They will find it on the manifest.
Parking: Free for up to 3 weeks. Longer stays need a $105 per month pass: call (888) 428-1149 before the trip.
Drop-off: Front (south side) of the Landline lot, next to the parked car.

Common questions about Denver service
We drop off and pick up passengers on level 5, the West side of the terminal, outside of door 504, immediately curbside. We do not pick up at an island.
West Terminal: Aeromexico, Air Canada, Allegiant, Breeze Airways, Cayman Airways, Copa Airlines, Delta Airlines, Edelweiss, Icelandair, Lufthansa, Sun Country Airlines, Turkish Airlines, and West Jet.
East Terminal: Aer Lingus, Air France, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, British Airways, Contour Airlines, Denver Air Connection, Frontier, JetBlue Airways, Southern Airways Express, Southwest Airlines, Viva Aerobus, and Volaris.

Parking rates vary by location.
- Northern Colorado Regional Airport (FNL) - Free parking for up to three consecutive weeks in the Landline designated parking lot and is exclusive to Landline customers. An extended parking pass may be purchased for $105 per month per vehicles, by calling Landline's customer service team during regular business hours.
- Harmony Transfer Center (HTC) - Only offers short term 24hr parking to passengers
- CSU Transit Center (CSU) - No parking allowed on the CSU campus unless you have a school permit
If you are being picked up at the CSU Transit Center or Harmony Transfer Center, Landline will make an additional stop at the FNL Airport. All other locations are non-stop.
