Does Landline serve both terminals at MSP?

Yes, Landline provides service to Terminal 1 (Lindbergh) and Terminal 2 (Humphrey). In both terminals, Landline picks up and drops off at the ground transportation centers across from the baggage claim. 

Is my home/office eligible for Express pick-up/drop-off in St. Cloud?

Are unaccompanied minors allowed on Landline?

Yes, minors must be at least 14 years of age to ride unaccompanied on Landline. Unaccompanied minors must check in with somebody over the age of 18 and present a valid form of ID. For additional questions, email us at reservations@landline.com.

Are there baggage restrictions?

Each passenger is allowed one complimentary piece of checked baggage, one carry-on item and one small personal item. The dimensions of checked items may not exceed 90 inches in overall length, width and height. Checked baggage must weigh less than 50 lbs. Any additional baggage is subject to space availability but is also free of charge.

All passengers are prohibited from carrying a weapon on the bus or in carry-on baggage. Federal or local law enforcement officers are subject to exemptions. Weapons and firearms may be transported in checked baggage. Firearms in checked baggage must be in a locked hard-sided case and reported to the Landline representative at check-in.

What if my flight time changes?

If your flight from a non-partner airline is canceled or changed, you may cancel your ticket at any time. If you purchased a nonrefundable ticket, you will be able to apply the value of the ticket to a future booking. To cancel a trip, go to manage my trip.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, all Landline tickets may be canceled at any time with the exception of Select bookings within 24 hours of departure time.  Canceled tickets are converted into credits for future travel on Landline or miles if the ticket was purchased using miles.

Can Landline accommodate special travel needs?

Yes, our buses are accessible for all travelers. Each vehicle is equipped with ADA compliant lifts and seating. When making your booking, simply select “Special Travel Needs” prior to checkout. A variety of services are available for immediate selection during booking. If you or a travel companion need additional assistance, you can reach us at reservations@landline.com.

When should I arrive for my Landline?

Boarding for the Landline bus begins 20 minutes prior to the departure time. If you are traveling on an itinerary booked with one of our airline partners and you plan to check luggage, please arrive at least 25 minutes prior to departure.

Do you allow pets on Landline?

Yes, pets can travel on Landline. They must fit in a small, ventilated container that can be stowed in the cabin. Service animals or support animals can be seated on a passenger's lap or in the floor space located at the passenger's seat. What are the parking rates for Landline passengers?

Parking rates will vary by airport.

  • Duluth International Airport- Long Term parking is $13 a day and $78 a week.
  • St. Cloud Regional Airport- Long Term and Short Term parking is free.
  • Mankato Regional Airport- Long Term and Short Term parking is free.

Do I need to bring a car seat if I’m traveling with my small child?

While it is not legally required on the Landline Bus, we highly recommend bringing a car seat if you are traveling with a small child. Our seats have belt restraints and are car seat compatible.

Can I take a Landline if I’m not making a connection to an airline?

Absolutely! Anyone can enjoy Landline’s low fares and fantastic service. Our pickup and drop-off location in MSP’s Terminal 2 is located conveniently across the street from the MSP Light Rail. You can travel from MSP Airport to downtown Minneapolis in 30 minutes and downtown St. Paul in just 25 minutes.

Which terminal does my airline depart from in MSP?

Terminal 1 Lindbergh serves Aer Lingus, Air Canada, Air Choice One, Air France, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Boutique Air, Delta Air Lines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Spirit Airlines, and United Airlines.

Terminal 2 Humphrey serves Condor, Frontier Airlines, Icelandair, JetBlue Airways, Southwest Airlines, and Sun Country Airlines.
